This past weekend, Life Realty (www.liferealty.cy), in proud collaboration with our partners Serneholt Estate (serneholtestate.com), had the pleasure of attending the A Place in the Sun Live expo in London. Together, we represented beautiful Cyprus and Spain, showcasing real estate opportunities to hundreds of enthusiastic visitors seeking their dream home in the sun.
With over 4,266 paying visitors through the doors across three vibrant days, the event proved to be a fantastic platform for both networking and meaningful dialogue. We engaged not only with property seekers but also with professionals—lawyers, tax advisors, family relocation experts, and developers—many of whom are now part of our growing international network.
It was inspiring to see how many attendees had travelled from across the UK and even other countries just for this event. Following Brexit, relocating from Britain to countries like Cyprus has become more complex. Many UK nationals are now navigating new challenges regarding immigration, residency, medical coverage, tax obligations, and legal processes—far beyond just buying a property.
